Move Out Cleaning Checklist & Invoicing
We know each move out cleaning job is different. You can let us know what is priority and we will add it to the cleaning checklist. Customizing our move out cleaning service to meet your needs is very easy. During our initial phone call, just let us know if you would like the item/area cleaned.
When we send out your invoice, we will provide a move out cleaning checklist that you can give to your landlord. The cleaning checklist will let the landlord know exactly what has been cleaned and will also greatly assist you in receiving your full security deposit back upon moving out.
SAME DAY SERVICE
On many occasions, our customers find they need to have a same day cleaning service. In this case, If we are able to accommodate a same day service, the following applies:
- Our Rate Increases by 20%.
- Paid in full invoice prior to service starting.
- Window of arrival time can vary.
- Possibly late evening completion hours.
24 HOUR GUARANTEE
After service has completed, we offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, we will come back within 24 hours to correct any issues.
WHAT WE DONT CLEAN
Is it a 10 out of 10? 10 being the dirtiest? We’ve seen it all, so when we come across a health hazard or are constantly exterminating, we might refuse to continue cleaning. Please verify there are none of the following items that are expected to be cleaned:
