New Home Builders: After a few weeks of having foot traffic through your model home, inevitably, it becomes dirty. Not only do we offer bi-monthly cleaning for new home models, but we also offer special cleaning services tailored to the size and type of the new home community. After the cleaning and on the day of walk through with the superintendent, If you don’t have booty’s, we always leave a few pairs behind!

We also provide cleaning prior to the home being finished. Whether you would like to have the home cleaned before or after the drywall is hung, we will perform a rough cleaning, getting all of the sawdust, nails, electrical waste, and other misc. materials removed.
