Is the cleaning service guaranteed?
Spotless Rentals wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Spotless Rentals will come back to your home and re-clean said items at no additional charge.
Do you offer same day service?
On many occasions, our customers find they need to have a same day cleaning service. In this case, If we are able to accommodate a same day service, the following applies:
– Our Rate Increases by 15%
– Our Rate Increases by 15%
– The invoice will need to be paid prior to the service starting
If an individual owner contracts the services of Spotless Rentals, payment is expected at time of service. A $20 non-payment fee will apply if payment is not received on scheduled cleaning day. If a property management company contracts the services of Spotless Rentals, payment is expected within 15 days upon completion and invoice delivery. There will be a 10% finance fee added on for payments later than 15 days and accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.
Who does Spotless Rentals hire to clean my rental?
Spotless Rentals Cleaning Specialists are fully trained and insured before cleaning your rental or home. Every Spotless Rentals cleaning specialist takes pride in their work and is supervised to meet our professional cleaning standards.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.
What if something gets damaged or broken when cleaning my home?
Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents do happen. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Items which are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy. Please remove these items the day of your cleaning.
My home has a security system. When do I give you the code to disarm the system?
When you sign our service agreement, you can provide the alarm code. We keep this information safe and do not give it out to anyone.
What if my keys are lost?
Spotless Rentals, LLC agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if Spotless Rentals, LLC misplaces the keys.
Does Spotless Rentals use a ladder while cleaning my home?
A ladder is used when purchasing our Deep Clean cleaning package.
What won’t Spotless Rentals clean?
Our staff does not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal droppings, human feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or other similar biohazards.
