If you decide to join us, you can be certain that you are with a team of very reputable professionals.Maintain an ongoing calendar and follow up quickly when responding to scheduled cleaning jobs. The position requires a valid Virginia Driver’s license and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and work a flexible work schedule.

Around 2:00 p.m. you received a text message and an email which notified you of a move out cleaning job scheduled for the following morning at 11:00 a.m. After reviewing the details and confirming, you verify you have the necessary cleaning supplies.

Once you arrive to the home the following morning, you clock in. The items that need to be cleaned are located on your checklist. When finished, you clock out. In many cases, the home will be vacant.

High school graduate or equivalent and 1-2 years experience in the cleaning industry preferred. You will have to become familiar with our customer relationship management software and our scheduling software in order to accept jobs when they become available. You are also responsible for reporting your work hours with our online software and keeping your calendar up to date at least a week in advance, showing us your availability.
